Q: How long will my child need to meet with you?
A: The answer depends on what goals your student has, how ready they are to put in the work, and when s/he feels coaching should come to a close. This may be only a few sessions, or it may be a few months, or more. The coach/client relationship is always fluid. When it becomes time to wrap up, we will know.
Q: I have a lot of ideas for things you two can work on. Can I share them with you?
A: Yes, please do share them, however, the goals that your student and I will work towards will be theirs. Your role is to support to your child and trust in the process.
Q: Do you have a physical location?
A: While I do not have an office, I’m happy to come to your home, meet in a community setting in which privacy and confidentiality are maintained, or remotely via Skype or phone.
Q: Do you accept credit card payment?
A: You will receive an invoice through which you can submit payment. Payment may also be rendered via check, cash, or through PayPal.
Q: My child is 15. Must I be home during the coaching session?
A: This is a question which cannot be answered without taking into account many variables. While I do not set a specific age, I start with the guideline of 18 being the age of majority in Massachusetts.
